Satya Nadella, Microsoft CEO, helped Microsoft in the last years since he became the CEO to move from the “Know-it-all” to a “Learn-it-all” culture.

The results are incredible, in the last 7 years the company market cap has grown from $300 billion to $ 1.9 trillion dollars, that’s almost 2 trillion dollars!

The big secret is to use in a very large scale what is called “growth mindset” and the “power of yet”.

Fixed mindset = Look smart at all costs.
Growth mindset = Learn at all costs.

Growth mindset vs Fixed mindset

When you have growth mindset you will develop a lot of resilience and you will react much better to anything.

You just have to use the powerful message of I do not know this “YET”.

Core message:
“Whenever you tell yourself “I don’t understand this” or “I don’t know how to do this”, simple add one word “yet”.

You can learn much more from psychology Professor Dr. Carol Dweck from her 2007 book called “Mindset” and her TED Talk.
