How to prepare for Microsoft Azure certification AI-100: Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution?

Last week on Feb 24, 2020, I passed the AI-100 exam. Some people asked me how was the exam and asked me for some tips.

In this case, I decided to write down this quick blog post to help people to pass as well.

AI-100 exam tips:
1. Have real world experience with AI, Bots and Machine Learning.
2. Review the content of the AI-100 exam page.
3. Use the Youtube video below called “Exam Prep | AI-100: Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution | BRK3197” to help you understand the exam and how to prepare.
3. Use your Azure subscription to build your own demos and try every technology involved in the exam to get hands-on experience.
4. Book your exam, in the day of the exam eat chocolate and drink water.
5. Have fun and get your Azure AI Engineer badge!

Exam Prep | AI-100: Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution | BRK3197

AI-100 exam:

Candidates for this exam analyze the requirements for AI solutions, recommend appropriate tools and technologies, and implements solutions that meet scalability and performance requirements.

Candidates translate the vision from solution architects and work with data scientists, data engineers, IoT specialists, and AI developers to build complete end-to-end solutions. Candidates design and implement AI apps and agents that use Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Bot Service. Candidates can recommend solutions that use open source technologies.

Candidates understand the components that make up the Azure AI portfolio and the available data storage options.

Candidates implement AI solutions that use Cognitive Services, Azure bots, Azure Search, and data storage in Azure. Candidates understand when a custom API should be developed to meet specific requirements.
